Students had a list of opposite words they had to match. We went over the list and made up sentences. We reviewed some confusing words from last class (conocer vs. saber)
Students presented the country they want to learn about and why. Based on student presentations, we will study Costa Rica. We went over different aspects of the country that we will focus on (history, culture, food, people, music, tourist destinations).
Tarea: we will be doing some work reviewing verbs so each student in the next few weeks will present a mini-lección on a type of verb and an activity or drill to give students practice. Options:

* futuro próximo (ir a + infinitivo)

* imperfecto
