Class Description
This class will be ongoing for high intermediate students wanting to work toward expanding vocabulary and practicing more advanced grammatical concepts. We will meet Monday nights from 7-8:30pm, starting February 9th.
Taught by a native speaker from Chile, the class will focus on strengthening the four language skills: reading, speaking, listening, and writing, while speaking will be the main focus. We will work on learning new vocabulary, idioms, some slang and expressions from all over the Spanish-speaking world. We will also work on the subjunctive, three conditionals, preposition and verb combinations, and review all verb "tenses". The class will also read and discuss articles about the varied music, traditions, holidays, current events and other cultural aspects of Latin America and Spain.
Class Pricing
The nearly advanced series includes eight weeks of 90 minute weekly classes. The total cost for the series is $144, payable in one payment or two payments of $75 (total $150).
